D. Payment Processing

All transactions for our digital products and services are handled exclusively by Whop. By purchasing, you authorize Whop to process your payment, issue invoices, and manage any refunds under their policies. Invoices and receipts will be delivered by Whop on our behalf.

Purpose
Content, courses, and tools on Boursario are strictly for educational use. We do not provide personalized financial, legal, or tax advice.

No Investment Recommendations
Nothing on the Site constitutes a solicitation to buy, sell, or hold any investment. Simulated or hypothetical results do not predict actual outcomes; market conditions and individual skill levels vary.

User Responsibility

F. Intellectual Property & User Contributions

Our Ownership
All Site content (text, graphics, logos, code) is owned or licensed by Boursario and protected under intellectual-property laws. Unauthorized copying or redistribution is prohibited.

Your Submissions
You retain ownership of any content you post, but grant Boursario a perpetual, royalty-free license to display, adapt, and distribute it in connection with the Site. We may remove any user content that violates these Terms.

G. Privacy & Data Security

Our Privacy Policy (linked on the Site) explains how we collect, use, and secure your personal information. By using Boursario, you consent to those practices. We may also employ third-party identity-verification (e.g., Veriff) to enhance security.

H. Access to Digital Courses

Streaming Only
All courses are delivered via our learning platform; downloading is not permitted.

Personal Use
Your access is non-transferable. Any unauthorized sharing, resale, or redistribution of course materials is prohibited and may lead to termination of access.

I. Refunds & Cancellations

14-Day Window
You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase provided you have only accessed introductory modules.

Evaluation
We track your progress; substantial access to advanced content generally disqualifies you from refunds, except where technical issues or billing errors occur.

Submit refund inquiries to contact@boursario.com. Whop will process approved refunds under its terms.

J. Third-Party Links & Services

The Site may link to external websites or services. Boursario is not responsible for their content or practices; your interactions with them are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

K. Warranties & Limitations of Liability

No Warranties
The Site and all content are provided "as is" without any warranty, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Boursario and its affiliates shall not be liable for any damages—direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential—arising from your use of the Site.

L. Indemnification

M. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris. EU users may also pursue dispute resolution via the European Commission's ODR platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.

N. Force Majeure & Severability

We are not liable for delays or failures due to events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, cyberattacks, government actions). If any provision of these Terms is unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in full force.

O. Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with the Privacy Policy, constitute the complete agreement between you and Boursario regarding your access to and use of the Site.
